ドイツといえば——
ビール？ソーセージ？それとも哲学？
いえいえ。実はここ、
“車の国”でもあるんです
ニュルブルクリンク、ホッケンハイムリンク。
あの名高きレーシングサーキットが点在し、
車のエンジン音が文化の鼓動のように響く国。
そんなドイツらしく、
ベルリンにもなんと——
室内で本格的にレース練習ができる
キッズ用のサーキットがあるのだとか
レース好きのお友達のおじ様に
「探してみたら？」と教えてもらい検索してみたら、
出てくる出てくる、ベルリンの“走る遊び場”たち。
息子に話すと目を輝かせて
「やってみたい！！」と。
その一言で、即決です
家から自転車で40分。
向かった先は MOBIKART Berlin 
マスクとヘルメットを装着し
インストラクターからルールや操作を学び、
いざコースへ。
カーブを切る姿は、
まるで雪の上でターンを刻むスキーレーサーのよう。
速度の中に“感覚の精度”を磨く時間——
母は思わず見とれてしまいました
「また来たい！」
走り終えた彼の笑顔が、
今日いちばんのゴールでした
ベルリン滞在3日目。
まだほんの序章ですが、
ひとつひとつの出会いが
旅のページを鮮やかにしてくれています
When you think of Germany—
you might picture beer, sausages, or philosophy.
But did you know?
This is also the land of speed and precision.
Names like Nürburgring and Hockenheimring echo across the world—
famous racetracks where engines roar like symphonies of steel.
And here in Berlin, true to that spirit,
there’s even an indoor racing circuit
where kids can learn the art of driving from an early age!
A dear friend who’s a racing enthusiast told me,
“Berlin must have places like that—try searching!”
So I did.
And sure enough, I found plenty of racing spots across the city.
When I told my son, his eyes lit up:
“I want to try it!”
Decision made—on the spot
We cycled about 40 minutes from home
to MOBIKART Berlin
Helmet on, mask up,
he listened intently to the instructor,
learning how to handle the clutch and steer through the turns.
Watching him race through the curves,
I couldn’t help but notice—
it’s a bit like skiing,
feeling the flow, the balance, the rush of the next move.
When he came off the track, grinning ear to ear,
he simply said, “I want to come again!”
And that, right there, was today’s finish line 
Only day three in Berlin—
but each new experience is writing its own vivid page
in our family’s European journey.
