14歳の長男。
思えば、彼が8歳の頃から——
彼は毎年、冬になると
1〜2ヶ月のあいだ
オーストリア
やスイス
へ
やスイスへスキー遠征に出かけてきました。
まだ小学生だった彼が、
何度も一人で乗り継いできたのは、
世界有数の巨大空港・イスタンブール。
あの人の流れ、あの広さを、
一人で歩いてきたのだと思うと
胸が熱くなります。
だからでしょうか。
今回の1時間半しかないトランジットでも、
彼は少しも慌てず、
むしろ私を自然にリードしてくれました。
人の波の中、迷いなく前を歩き、
時おり振り返って
「母ちゃん、こっち」と微笑む姿に、
時の流れを感じました。
——もう、あの小さな背中ではないのですね。
私の体を気遣うようになったのも、
きっと、いろんな経験を経たから。
在校する日本航空高等学校附属中学校の
先生方のご理解とご協力…
そして、ここまで私たち親子を
温かく支えてくださった
すべての方々へ、
心から感謝申し上げます。
彼はまだ成長の途中です。
でも、その歩幅は確かに
未来へと続いています。
これからもどうか、
温かく見守っていただけたら幸いです。

】My 14-year-old son.
Since he was eight, every winter
he’s spent one or two months abroad —
training in the mountains of Austria and Switzerland .
and Switzerland .Over these seven years,
he has learned to travel the world alone —
navigating one of the largest airports on earth,
Istanbul.
Perhaps that’s why,
even with only a 90-minute layover this time,
he didn’t rush for a second.
Instead, he guided me —
walking ahead with quiet confidence,
glancing back now and then to say,
“Mom, this way.”
In that simple moment,
I felt time passing.
He’s no longer the small boy
who once held my hand in crowded terminals.
Now he moves through the world with his own rhythm,
yet still carries a gentleness
that notices when I’m tired.
I’m deeply grateful to the teachers
at Japan Aviation Junior High School
for their understanding and flexibility —
and to all the people
who have supported us so warmly along the way.
He’s still growing, still learning,
but his steps are already steady
and full of promise.
Thank you for watching over him
with kindness and faith.
And now — we’re taking off.
From Istanbul to Berlin ,
to Berlin ,a new chapter begins.
